How do I send an order as a gift?
If you’d like to send something as a gift, simply type in the lucky recipient’s name and address when you’re placing the order online. Only one delivery/shipping address can be used per order – so if you’re sending gifts to multiple people you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.
By ticking ‘Other note (non-delivery)’ located in the ‘Delivery’ section of our Checkout page, a box will open for you to add a gift message (up to 300 characters long) which will appear on the paperwork enclosed in the parcel.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services without any additional cost.
How do I return a gift that I have received?
Please reach out to care@babywish.in with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, whilst we’re very happy to exchange* your order, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.
How do I order a gift card?
Currently, we are not supporting Gift cards.
