Order Cancellation Policy

REFUND IS OFFERED ONLY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON Babywish WEBSITE.

A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to their dispatch from Babywish. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after Babywish has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Shipping Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.  Once your order is shipped you can’t cancel it. In case your order is shipped and you still want to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid orders; a refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.

The order amount will be refunded or a credit note will be provided if the order is canceled. You may modify/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.   • Headwear
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Furniture / Mattress
  • Personalised / Customised Item
  • On Sale Products
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Products / Gifts / Service given from promotions / giveaways / contests / sweepstakes
  • Event / Workshop (if cancellation is requested within 7 days before the date of event / workshop, it will be handled with discretion)
