Here you can find the answer to the most common question when it comes to shipping.

What is processing time?

Processing time is the time it will take between the moment we receive your order and the time we ship the package, this is usually between 1-3 business days but usually, during high season we can see delays in the processing time due to the high volume of orders, but it will not exceed 5 business days.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will take a processing time of 1-3 days. Once shipped, it will take 3-5 business days for Metro Cities, and for rest of the India 4-7 Days. International order can take up to 4 business weeks or longer, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We’re happy to help.

My tracking information is available but the tracking information is not getting updates.

This is completely normal, when the package is in transit to your country the tracking information will not show any more tracking updates until the package arrives in your country.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link:  Order tracking. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at care@babywish.in  to ask questions anytime.  

Why is my tracking information not available yet?
In most of cases after the package leaves our warehouse it will go into ground transportation all the way to the distribution center, during this period the tracking information will not show any updates, usually this could take between 3-6 business days after the order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order using your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of you making the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Where is your company located?

We are based in Mumbai, India.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in INR. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using INR at the most current exchange rate.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
